Machine Matching: getting the right toner and ink for your printer

This is a quick way to make sure the correct supplies are shipped for your printer, fax or multi-function machine.

Make sure you’ve got the correct model number for your machine.  There are sometimes a half dozen numbers on a printer so it can be frustrating to find the actual number.  It might help to see examples of the number you’re looking for.  For your brand just click  here.  If you’ve got a Brother or HP machine either of these links will take you directly to a list of model numbers:  Brother, HP

Finding Our In-house Brand Post-it’s

Search engine technology is far from perfect.  We use about four or five of our competitors search engines on a regular basis and have discovered, they all can be frustrating…including ours.  

Post-it’s are expensive and you can save more than a few bucks by buying our in-house brand, Universal.  But how do you search for them?  We can’t call them Post-it’s for trademark purposes.  Different companies have different alternative names for their products.  On our site the key word to enter in the search box is “self-stick.”  This will yeild a variety of different sizes and colors of sticky or Post-it notes.

There are hundreds of choices for copy paper.  Most of  the time you’re only searching for one.  We’ve narrowed your search down to just  two products–a high quality paper that gives the best looking prints, guards against jams and repairs, and increases the life of your machine, or an economy brand that offers consistant quality at a lower price.
